Requirements for special specimens in constant temperature and humidity test chambers
When conducting constant temperature and humidity tests, we have specific requirements for the shape, volume, and placement of the test samples as follows:
The shape of the test sample:
If the object to be tested is liquid, it is necessary to use a container to hold it well during the constant temperature and humidity test and not spill it out.
2. If volatile, flammable, and explosive materials cannot be placed in the test chamber for testing. If testing is necessary, the manufacturer should be informed before ordering the equipment and require special treatment to prevent danger.
If the test sample is a rubber product, it is necessary to pad it with a plate in advance to avoid melting and getting stuck on the sample rack during the high-temperature test.
Sample volume:
We suggest that the customer's test sample volume should not exceed one-third of the chamber volume in the constant temperature and humidity test box. Because if exceeded, it may affect the circulation of the air duct inside the test chamber, thereby affecting the uniformity of the test.
Placement position:
The placement position of the test sample is generally in the middle of the constant temperature and humidity box, and cannot cover the air duct above or be placed at the bottom. The distance between sample racks needs to be adjusted based on the size, weight, and quantity of the test sample.
